1. Agreement to Terms

Buhurt TV LLC operates multiple subscription-based web applications and digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Buhurt TV: A streaming platform for armored combat sports content
  • Tidyroo: A home inventory management application
  • Other consumer and business software tools as developed and made available

Each product operates under its own branding but shares common payment infrastructure and is subject to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

Our Services are offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing frequency, and plan details are specified at the time of purchase and may vary by product.

4.2 Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed by Buhurt TV LLC through third-party payment processors. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide advance notice of any price changes, and the new price will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.

4.5 Taxes

Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your subscription.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Services without our permission
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Buhurt TV LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our express written permission.

8. User Content

Some of our Services may allow you to upload, store, or share content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a license to use, store, and display your User Content as necessary to provide the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUHURT TV LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buhurt TV LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Buhurt TV LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Buhurt TV LLC regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
