All subscription payments are processed by Buhurt TV LLC and will appear as such on your billing statement.

2. Subscription Cancellation

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain full access to the service until that date
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No refund will be provided for the remaining time in your current billing period

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Trial Period Refunds

If a product offers a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being billed.

3.2 First Payment Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. To request a refund:

  • Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  • We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days

3.3 Renewal Payment Refunds

3.4 Partial Refunds

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

8. Refund Processing Time

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 days for the credit to appear on your statement
